 I think fairness and opportunity are still important today because everyone should have a fair chance to get a job and be successful

Troy’s situation shows how discrimination can stop people from getting opportunities they deserve

If I was in Troy’s position I would speak up for myself and keep working toward getting the same opportunities as everyone else
