I think parents should love their kids and take care of them but they dont always have to like everything their kids do. Loving someone means you care about them and want the best for them. Liking someone is more about enjoying being around them and agreeing with them.

I agree with Troy a little bit because a parent’s job is to provide for their child and make sure they are taken care of. But I also think parents should have a good relationship with their kids and listen to them. Just providing for someone isnt always enough because kids also need support and someone they can talk to. In real life parents and kids can disagree a lot but that doesnt mean they dont love each other.
